Privacy Policy
Personal data processing policy · edition of 21 October 2026
This is a courtesy translation. The legally binding version is the Russian edition.
1. General
This policy describes how personal data of visitors to bvaudio.ru (the "Site") is processed, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006.
Operator: John Dougan; contact for personal data matters: jmdgn@mail.ru, phone +7 903 220 0175.
2. What data is processed
- Enquiry data: your name, phone and/or e-mail address, and the content of your message — provided voluntarily when you contact us through the form on the Site or directly by mail or phone. The form does not send anything to the Site's server: it composes a message in your own mail program, which you send yourself.
- Technical data: standard web-server logs (IP address, date and time of the request, requested pages, browser data), kept automatically to operate and secure the Site.
3. Purposes
- responding to enquiries;
- arranging auditions;
- discussing and fulfilling orders;
- operating and securing the Site (technical data).
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6 of 152-FZ), given by ticking the box in the enquiry form or by the act of contacting us, and — for technical data — on the operator's legitimate interest in running the Site.
5. Storage and localisation
Enquiry data is kept in the operator's mailbox at a Russian mail service. The Site does not store form data in databases of its own. Databases containing personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located in the Russian Federation (Article 18(5) of 152-FZ). Data is kept until the purposes are fulfilled or consent is withdrawn.
6. Third parties
Personal data is not shared with third parties and is not used for mailing lists, except where directly required by the law of the Russian Federation.
7. Cookies and localStorage
The Site uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser's localStorage holds only your language choice; it is never sent to the server and can be cleared in your browser.
8. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or erased, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to jmdgn@mail.ru. Replies are given within the terms set by 152-FZ.
9. Changes
The current edition of this policy is published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new edition.
